You are at the mercy of photos that may be years out of date, landlords who misrepresent conditions, and listing portals that cannot verify what they show. Rental scams targeting international students are well-documented and financially devastating.
ShowMe replaces guesswork with verified, GPS-confirmed, real-time evidence. A verified local agent physically attends the property, proves presence via geofenced GPS check-in (within 500 metres), and conducts a live video walkthrough so you can see exactly what you are renting — before you commit a penny.
ShowMe is a product of Godse TechFx Solutions Limited, a UK-registered technology company focused on building trust infrastructure for the property sector. Our platform serves international students, relocating professionals, overseas property investors, and any renter who cannot attend a viewing in person.
Our agent network spans the length and breadth of the UK. Every agent is identity-verified and KYC-checked before their first viewing, rated by users after each session, and paid bi-weekly via Stripe. Agents set their own rates (minimum £12 per property) and build reputations on quality — not volume.
