Complete Identity Verification (KYC)

Submit your ID and complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) check in just £9.99. This protects you and our customers by ensuring all agents are verified and trustworthy.

Set Up Your Profile & Rates

Add your bio, service areas, and set your per-property rate (minimum £12). Connect your bank account via Stripe to receive payments.

Browse & Accept Viewing Requests

Once approved, you'll see viewing requests in your area. Submit proposals for jobs that fit your schedule. Customers accept based on your rating and price.

Conduct Viewings & Get Paid

Attend the property, GPS check-in to verify your presence, and conduct the live video walkthrough. Once complete, payment is released and added to your next bi-weekly payout.

Before starting a viewing, you must GPS check-in within 500 metres of the property address. This proves to the customer that you are physically at the correct location. The check-in is timestamped and logged, providing trust and transparency for both parties.

Can I choose which viewings to accept?

Yes, completely. You browse available viewing requests in your area and submit proposals only for those that fit your schedule and location. You are never obligated to accept any job, making it perfect for anyone seeking flexible supplemental income.
